Arabic and RTL notes

Mirrors

The layout mirrors and the Arabic label leads each pair, in the stronger color.

Does not mirror

VAT, CR and invoice numbers and the IBAN stay left to right in the code font.

Numerals: VAT is worked out per line in halalas, then summed.
