Get Ritla UI

What a Ritla UI or Ritla for Figma license lets you do: seats, the license key, client work, what you may not share, lifetime updates and refunds.

Ritla UI and Ritla for Figma are one-time purchases. You pay once, and what you bought stays yours to use. This page says what a license lets you do, in plain words. The binding text is section 7 of the Terms of Service, and where the two differ, the terms win.

What you buy#

  • Ritla UI is the source code of React components and blocks. You install it into your project with the ritla command-line tool, which fetches it from the Ritla registry with your license key. See Installation.
  • Ritla for Figma is a Figma file. You download it from your dashboard, and Polar delivers it.
  • The Team bundle includes both.

Each purchase is paid through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar is the seller on your receipt and handles the payment, tax and invoice.

Seats#

A license covers a number of seats, set by its tier:

TierSeats
Solo1 person
Studioup to 8 people
Businessup to 20 people
Enterpriseno limit

A seat is one person who works with the source code or the Figma file. You give someone a seat by inviting them from your dashboard, and the dashboard stops you inviting more people than your tier covers.

Your license key#

A Ritla UI or Team bundle license comes with one license key. You find it under Licenses in your dashboard. Keep it secret, like a password, and use it only on computers and build pipelines that serve the people who hold your seats. Put it in a CI secret, never in your repository.

What you may do#

  • Use the product in as many end products as you like: your own, your employer's, and your clients'.
  • Build internal tools with it.
  • Change the source code and the file as much as you want.
  • Hand a finished product to a client. The client may keep and maintain it, but does not get a license to use Ritla UI or the Figma file in anything else.

An end product is a website, an app or another product whose users get its features. The components and the file themselves are not an end product.

What you may not do#

  • Redistribute, sell, sublicense or give away the source code, the Figma file or the license key, on their own or inside a kit, template, theme or design system.
  • Publish the source code where anyone can copy it, such as a public repository or a package registry.
  • Share the license key or the file with people who do not hold a seat.

Updates#

Every license includes lifetime updates to the product you bought, at no extra charge: new versions of the components through the registry, and new versions of the Figma file in your dashboard. An update can change, rename or retire a component, and you can always keep using a version you already have. A different product sold separately is not part of your update.

Refunds#

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase by emailing hello@ritla.app. A refund is in full and ends the license: the license key stops working, the Figma file is no longer available to download, and you stop using and delete what you received. The Refund Policy has the details.

Fonts, icons and credits#

The products include material made by others under their own licenses, such as open-source fonts and icons. Those licenses still apply to that material. The Figma file lists its fonts and other credits on its own credits page.

Enterprise#

Enterprise has the same benefits as the other tiers, with no seat limit. Anything beyond that, such as different license terms, invoicing outside Polar or a support commitment, is a written contract. Ask from the Enterprise card on the pricing page, or write to hello@ritla.app.
