What changed in Ritla UI and Ritla for Figma, newest first. Your license includes every update to the product you bought (License). To take a Ritla UI update into your project, run npx ritla diff to see what changed upstream, then npx ritla update (CLI).

Ritla UI 0.1.0#

The first release: the registry as of 19 October 2026, and the tools that install from it.

Tools#

• ritla 0.1.0, the command-line tool: init, add, diff, update, login and scan. It installs components as source you own and records each file with a content hash in ritla.json, so diff shows exactly what changed upstream.
• @ritla/core 0.1.0, free: the bidi isolate, the numerals formatter, direction-aware icon helpers and the Arabic typography preset.
• @ritla/mcp 0.1.0, free: Ritla's checks, the component docs and the install command for coding agents (MCP).
• The registry at ritla.app/r, compatible with the shadcn CLI (Using shadcn instead).

Components and blocks#

Every component follows the current Figma file: its bindings, its states and its Arabic variant. Items marked Beta on their page are complete and tested, and may still change their props.

• Actions: Button with a danger tone and a spread layout, Icon Button, Split Button, Button group, Toggle group, Toggle, Link with Figma's tones, FAB, Button card, Social button and Menu button.
• Forms: the text fields with a focus halo, Native select, Input group, Checkbox, Radio, Switch and their cards, Slider, Wheel picker, File upload, Color picker, Number input, Phone input, Combobox, Cascader, Copy field, Selectable tile, National ID input, Bilingual name field and GCC address form (Beta).
• Dates: the date pickers, Calendar, Hijri calendar, Dual calendar range picker and Event calendar. Arabic ranges read the same on the server and in the browser.
• Navigation: Side navigation, Navigation bar (including the floating bar), Tabs and Content switcher with tones, Breadcrumb, Menu with subtitles, badges and selected rows, Language switcher and the Sidebar app shell (Beta).
• Data display: Table with a header checkbox, sticky columns, a selection bar, expandable rows and pagination; Charts; Amount, whose digits follow the numerals setting; Description list; Status dot; Count badge with Figma's dot sizes; List with 56px rows; Avatar with company logos and groups.
• Feedback and overlay: Dialog with a mobile sheet, Popconfirm (Beta), Result, Inline loading, Skeleton with the wave default, Empty state illustrations, Guided tour, Notification center and Filter panel.
• Messaging: Chat and messaging, Activity feed, and the Messaging block with an inbox, a thread and a support thread.
• Commerce and fintech: commerce components and blocks from the Figma e-commerce pages, every payment mark including CliQ, Installment plan picker, merchant blocks, Transaction row, FX converter, FX rate row and Amount in words, and the fintech blocks (Beta).
• Website blocks: Page header, Section footer, Banner, Features, Bento, Metrics, Content section, CTA, Newsletter, Testimonials, Social proof, Blog, Team, Careers, Contact and Footer sections, Card header and Multi-step form, Error page, Email templates, Language and region settings, Two-factor setup and the Search view.

Changed before release#

• One Arabic search for Select, MultiSelect and Phone input: typing matches with or without hamza, taa marbuta and diacritics.
• Badge, Tag and Swipe action take Figma's tone names (neutral, brand, success, warning, danger); the old color, styling and variant props are gone.
• The deprecated props and import aliases from the component renames are removed.
• Tokens follow Figma's current variables and styles.

Ritla for Figma 1.2#

The file that matches Ritla UI 0.1.0.

• Fintech v2 is the main look. The earlier fintech parts sit on the Deprecated page, each with a note naming its replacement.
• Website example pages in v2: FAQ, Contact, Pricing, About, Team, Blog, Blog post, Legal and 404.
• New components: Result with status illustrations, Amount with display sizes, Description list, Avatar group, Footer base, Header base, Bento, Trend badge and a set of persona photos.
• Merged components, with every placed instance kept: Display amount into Amount, Period selector into Content switcher, Activity row into Transaction row, KPI tile into KPI stat, Floating tab bar into Navigation bar.
• Arabic: every component with a right-to-left variant has its own Arabic text properties, Arabic variants use the Arabic typography mode, and numbers use Geist in both languages.
• Look: softer borders, new focus rings, no navy resting fills, and text contrast checked against WCAG AA.
• Housekeeping: internal parts are private, and every published component has a description.
