Questions about buying
How is paying for the scanner different from paying for the components?
Ritla Scan is a monthly subscription you can change or cancel any time. Ritla UI and Kanz for Figma are paid for once, and the code and the file stay yours.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one person who works with the file or the code. Solo covers 1, Studio up to 8, Business up to 20, and Enterprise has no limit, with the same benefits on every tier. Anything beyond that is a contract.
Do I get updates?
Yes. Every license includes lifetime updates to what you bought.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days: of your first charge for a scan subscription, and of the purchase for components and themes. A refund on a component or theme purchase is in full and ends the license: the license key stops working and the Figma file is no longer available to download.
How do I pay?
By card through Polar, our merchant of record, which handles tax and invoices.
Is there an education discount?
No. There is no education discount and no affiliate program at launch.
