R005: OpenGraph/Twitter metadata untranslated or og:locale missing/invalid

A shared link's preview card is built from OpenGraph and Twitter tags, so English left in them, or a locale that is not Arabic, makes an Arabic page look foreign wherever it is shared.

    The page is Arabic and carries social tags, and any of these holds: og:title, og:description, twitter:title or twitter:description is mostly Latin; og:locale is missing; or og:locale is malformed or not Arabic. One finding lists every problem. ar_AR is accepted, and a page with no social tags at all is left alone.

    Fix: Translate the social titles/descriptions and set og:locale to a real Arabic locale such as ar_SA or ar_AE.

What it leaves alone

A page with no OpenGraph or Twitter tags at all, an og:locale of ar_AR, which is Facebook's generic Arabic, and Latin values under 10 letters once brand names are set aside.

Check it by hand

Run [...document.querySelectorAll('meta[property^=og], meta[name^=twitter]')].map((m) => [m.getAttribute('property') ?? m.name, m.content]) in the DevTools console. Titles and descriptions should read in Arabic, and og:locale should look like ar_SA.
