The page title and meta description are what Arabic readers see in search results and the browser tab, so English left there is the first thing they meet.

On an Arabic page, the <title> or the meta description has more Latin letters than Arabic ones, with at least 10 Latin letters left once brand names, URLs and codes are set aside. One finding covers both.
Fix: Provide Arabic title and description in the document head.

A title or description that is mostly Arabic, and Latin under 10 letters once brand names, URLs and codes are set aside, like a brand name in the title.

Check it by hand

Run [document.title, document.querySelector('meta[name=description]')?.content] in the DevTools console. Both values should read in Arabic; a brand name in Latin letters is fine.
