low confidence
Visible text on an Arabic page names the left or right arrow key: in English as an instruction to press it (
press the right arrow), or in Arabic as السهم الأيسر, السهم الأيمن or اضغط يسار. Once the interface mirrors, the key that moves forward is usually the other one, so this reports at low confidence for a person to check.Fix: Use logical wording (next/previous) or swap the referenced key under RTL.
What it leaves alone
English mentions of an arrow that do not tell the reader to press it, like left arrow in a caption. Up to three per page.
Broken, then fixed

اضغط على السهم الأيمن للانتقال إلى الصورة التالية

استخدم مفاتيح الأسهم للانتقال بين الصور
Check it by hand
Run document.body.innerText.match(/السهم الأيسر|السهم الأيمن|اضغط\s+(على\s+)?(يسار|يمين)|press\s+(the\s+)?(left|right)\s+arrow/gi) in the DevTools console to list the arrow-key instructions on the page, then check each against what the key does in the mirrored layout.
